The Tower-light that connects to TOM with the cable supplied to provide an immediate check on the tightening results. The three lights can be programmed freely and the colour of each one can be associated with the meaning you prefer.
How to personalize your signals?
Contact us hereThe device that allows up to 8 tools to be connected that can work individually according to the program. There are 2 LEDs for each screwdriver connected: one indicates when the screwdriver is enabled and one shows when the tool is working. It is set up for a supplementary feeder (feeder available on request) and comes supplied with an adapter for connection to TOM plus 2 connecting cables.
The unit with dedicated connecting cables is designed to allow TOM to enable or disable the connected air screwdriver. Not only does it have its own Status LED, but it is also very silent and equipped with a device to take away exhaust air from the work station.
Hoses specifically designed by Fiam for use with the Transducer. The two hoses for picking up pneumatic signals are fixed to the air supply hose, while the Transducer is placed at the opposite end of the hose rather than on the tool. A very compact solution, 2.5 m long (including 35 mm linear for hose connections) and spiral wound to keep the work area nice and tidy. This size ensures perfect Transducer efficiency but if different lengths are necessary we recommend these be used with linear supply hoses.
Practical and strong cables, essential for connecting TOM to the locking/unlocking device when a single screwdriver is being used or to connect the Multi-dock connector to the locking/unlocking device when several screwdrivers are used.
A compact and easy-fitting cover for the upper part of TOM, hiding any unsightly cables, preventing access as well as any possible modifications or tampering with the unit. It also protects the electrical contacts from being pulled as they are secured by 3 cable glands.
